General Info

What are the most comfortable shoes you own? Bring those! We’ll be walking quite a lot every day during this trip — so comfort first.

Note: The itinerary may have small adjustments based on weather conditions or to make the experience even more enjoyable and smooth.

TOURS
City visits will be done using Japan’s efficient public transport system and, whenever possible, on foot — giving us the chance to fully soak in the vibrant colors, sounds, and architecture of Japan.

MEALS
For lunches and dinners, we’ll aim to enjoy authentic, immersive, and memorable experiences of Japanese food culture. We’ll favor local eateries and street bars over typical tourist spots.

Travel Documents

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. You must also have proof of a return or onward flight upon arrival.

For most travelers, including Italian citizens, no visa is required for tourist stays up to 90 days, thanks to a visa exemption agreement between Japan and many countries, including Italy.

However, since departure will happen from different locations depending on where you're based, each participant is responsible for checking the specific entry requirements according to their own nationality and passport.

Make sure your passport is valid and check if you need a visa well in advance — we’re here to help if you have any doubts!
